1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using QikDrive (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The service

QikDrive provides a platform for uploading and sharing files via secure links. We offer a free tier with 20 GB per transfer and paid plans with higher limits and additional features.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use QikDrive to:

• Upload, share, or distribute illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other malicious software.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Abuse, overload, or attempt to compromise our infrastructure.
• Use the service for spam or unsolicited communications.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.

4. Your content

You retain full ownership of files you upload. By using QikDrive, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and deliver your files solely for the purpose of operating the Service. We do not access or use your file contents for any other purpose.

5. File retention and deletion

Files are stored for the duration of the transfer expiry period you set. After expiry, files are automatically and permanently deleted. We do not guarantee retention beyond the selected expiry period and are not liable for file loss.

6. Availability

We aim to keep QikDrive available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or make changes to the Service at any time. We will endeavour to notify users of planned downtime where possible.

7. Limitation of liability

QikDrive is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or damages arising from your use of the Service, including file loss, failed transfers, or service interruptions.

8. Intellectual property

All QikDrive branding, design, and software are the property of QikDrive. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

9. Changes to terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
